Developed from the very successful Activate In The Classroom programme for children aged 4 – 13 years. Activate at Home covers and includes:

• Activate at Home comprises of repetitive movement patterns to music in a daily progressive and developmental programme.
• When used daily improvements in physical fluency, concentration, stamina, listening skills, confidence, self-esteem and self-awareness are almost always reported.
• Improvements in a wide range of personal, behavioural and educational aspects have also been reported.
• Activate at Home is available in 6 – week blocks in chronological and developmental age appropriate packs.

The 6 – week pack comprise:

• 5B (i) 5B (ii) For 5-6 Year Olds
• 7A (i) 7A (ii) For 7-8 Year Olds
